It's time to BOSS UP!
This Challenge might be just the thing that was missing to motivate you to start exercising or add the finish to the results you’ve worked for the entire year. Improve your abilities, challenge yourself, set your diet straight, and simply Boss Up!
- The Challenge begins on October 16, with applications starting on October 6. Apply until October 12 and receive a 40% discount. (applications are granted even after the beginning of the challenge)
- Six-week progressive training divided into 3 phases, adjusted to exercising both at home and the gym. Four exercise times per week (two power Lower Body exercises, one Upper Body exercises, and one circular HICT high-interval training). For home exercise, you will need resistance bands and dumbbells.
- You will receive detailed guidelines following the chosen goal: CUT (lower body mass) or BUILD (increasing body mass) + 50 recipes and a detailed diet plan for ten days with a calculated calory intake and macro timetable.
- Access to a closed Facebook Boss Up Challenge Community Group where you can find additional content, live interactions, and surprises
- Awards for the most diligent participants
